| We worked with our pal Tristan of Temporal Ales to select only premium quality barrels for this, our first barrel-aged imperial stout. The Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels that we selected were absolutely delicious smelling when they arrived. We filled them up almost immediately and let them rest for six months before putting the beer into cans. YUM!
This version of Seawise is even smoother and has been kissed with notes of sweet high-quality bourbon and charred oak, while clocking in at 11.6% ABV. |
